September 2017 Newsletter

The Quilt Gallery - Our gallery exhibit has Featured Quilter Linda Hespe from Sisters. Linda’s hand embroidery and love of holidays shines through in her work. Our Featured Group is the Mtn. Meadow’s Quilt Guild’s 2017 Challenge “Cabin Fever”.

Sew Teach Me - STM is non-profit that started at QuiltWorks. The vision of STM is to match mentors, competent sewers, with youth so they can learn to sew for free. Our first match was April 10, 2017 and we have 33 kids in or through the program and 16 screened and trained mentors. If you are interested in more information it's available at QuiltWorks. We always welcome new mentors, new students and donors for the program. There are many different ways to help out and to pass our love of sewing to the next generation.

Second Saturday Strip Club – Join the QuiltWorks 2017 Strip Club on the 2nd Saturdays of the month at 8:30 AM. Our next club is September 9 and October’s is the 14th.
