Second Saturday Strip Club – Strip Club is back! On September 8 we'll start a new Strip Club Year! We'll also be drawing three $100 gift certificates for this past year, January to May and start a new year, September 2018 to May 2019.

QuiltWorks Classes - Our class schedule is on-line. We have something for everyone so take a look or come in and see the samples!

QuiltWorks Open House - Join us Saturday, September 22 for an Open House. You can learn about our classes, and the EverSewn sewing machine made by Bernina. Sew Teach Me will be promoting it's program to potential students, mentors and donors. We'll have cake and sale!

Sew Teach Me is non-profit that started at QuiltWorks. The vision of STM is to match mentors with youth so they can learn to sew for free. Our first match was April 10, 2017 and we have over 93 children in or through the program and 27 screened and trained mentors. If you are interested in more information it's available at QuiltWorks. We always welcome new mentors, new students and donors for the program. There are many different ways to help out and to pass our love of sewing to the next generation.

Sew Teach Is Officially a National Program - The STM board has developed a General Manual that is a community's guide to starting their own program and it is completely supported by the website. We have 5 Teams, four in Oregon and one in Pennsylvania. Marilyn has begun taking road trips visiting quilt and sewing machine shops and giving presentations to quilt guilds. Visit sewteachme.org to learn more about how other communities can begin a program to teach our youth how to sew.

August Quilt Gallery - Our Featured Quilters for August will be sisters Pat Jones and Valerie Weber from Sunriver.

Longarm Promotion - We are thrilled to have two great quilters for our long arm, Vickie Minor and Karen "KD" Dougan.  We offer edge to edge quilting and have a large variety of designs to offer.
