Ordering Online

Placing an Order

Orders may be placed online anytime or by phone at 541-728-0527 Monday through Saturday, 10AM to 5PM PT, excluding holidays. We accept all credit cards. For checks and money orders, please use U.S. funds; orders will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Changing or Canceling Orders

To change or cancel an order, please call QuiltWorks at 541-728-0527 as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate the change. If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to make the change and our Returns Policy will apply.

Using Coupons & Discounts

Some special offers require you to enter a coupon or promotional code in the Coupon Code box during Checkout. This lets us know that you are eligible for the special savings. If a valid coupon or promotional code is entered, the order summary in your Shopping Cart will show the discount and your merchandise charges will be reduced when paying for your order.

Gift Cards

QuiltWorks does not allow purchases of merchandise online with QuiltWorks Gift Cards.

Backorders & Partial Orders

If we are temporarily out of an item in your order but are expecting to receive it within a week or less, we may hold your order to ship everything at once. Occasionally, if an item will not be available for an extended period (as in pre-order situations or when we are awaiting items from our suppliers), we ship the available items immediately and will ship the remaining items as soon as we can.

You will be notified by phone or email if an item is backordered.

Checking Order Status

You can check the status of your online order by calling 541-728-0527 during our customer service hours or by email at service@quiltworks.com.

Processing & Shipping Time

Normally, we ship orders within two business days of receiving them.Occasionally, an order becomes delayed due to unforeseen circumstances in which case we will attempt to notify you by phone or by email. Some orders may take longer to process including large orders, custom kit orders, or orders that include a back-ordered item.

Taxes

Our business is located in the State of Oregon. We do not collect taxes on orders.

When You Receive Your Order

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Match the packing slip to the merchandise to verify contents. Review that what you received is what you intended to order. Mistakes can be made either during your visit to the website or in our preparation and packing. To return or exchange an item, see our Returns Policy. QuiltWorks will correct our errors without any additional charges. Let us know of any problems with your order either by calling 541-728-0527 during customer service hours. Optionally, you can include your order number and description of the concern in an email to service@quiltworks.com.
